For all BARTER rates, no payment is required. Instead, we offer you as a Provider the option to compensate the value of the selected BARTER rate by providing a voucher for an accommodation stay in your property free of charge.
To this end, you provide us with a voucher for a stay, the value of which corresponds to the selected BARTER rate. This constitutes a non-cash compensation, in which one service is offset by an equivalent service.
You will continue to be listed as the Service Provider and point of contact for the guest. The promotion and handling of the voucher is carried out by us as the Platform Operator.
As the Operator, we naturally have a strong interest in making the best possible use of your provided BARTER vouchers. Therefore, we prioritise their promotion in our cross-media marketing campaigns.
Service Providers not only benefit from the immediate payment of the voucher but also from increased exposure of their offers, along with all the resulting side effects such as enhancing the recognition of their establishment and generating more direct bookings.

To ensure a seamless process from offering to the payment of vouchers, the entire transaction is handled through our platform.
The process is simple, structured, and transparent. Providers remain in direct contact with the Operator, ensuring a smooth transaction without complications. Since we, as the platform Operator, also act as the seller of the voucher, there are no commissions or additional costs for Providers.

After choosing one of the available free tariffs, you will proceed to your accommodations registration.
After completeing the registration you can proceed to create the voucher.
Did you submit the voucher, allow us some days to respond.
The value of the voucher is preset and corresponds to the value of the selected plan. This value cannot be changed by the Service Provider.
Please make sure to pay attention that the value of services included in the voucher must at least correspondend to the value of the selected plan.
If the Provider accepts the price proposal from the Operator, or if the Operator accepts the price proposal from the Provider, the purchase is considered confirmed. The Provider can then proceed with creating purpose-bound offers.
The operator sells vouchers purchased from Service Providers.
When selling vouchers, Service Providers have no influence on the prices set by the Operator for the vouchers. The Operator ensures that voucher prices do not exceed the sales price set by the Service Provider.
During the buyers payment process for the voucher it will be indicated, that the payment is to be made to the Operator due to a marketing cooperation.
The Operator is entiteled to raffle vouchers for marketing purposes.
The Operator is NOT the Service Provider.
The issuer of the voucher remains the Service Provider.
Any claims resulting from the sale or raffle of the voucher are to be made exclusively against the Service Provider by the buyer or winner.
If vouchers provided to Participants cannot be redeemed with the Service Provider, the Service Provider is solely and fully liable for any damages. The Service Provider bears full responsibility for all costs incurred by the purchaser or winner of the voucher in this context.
The Operator assumes no role or liability in cases of non-performance, defective, or partial performance of services by the Service Provider. The Operator shall be held harmless and indemnified in the event of non-performance, defective service delivery, insolvency of the Service Provider, or any other legal claims from Participants.
Any claims for damages shall be directed by the Participant exclusively to the Service Provider or the issuer of the voucher.
All legal disputes, whether judicial or extrajudicial, shall be conducted solely between the Service Provider and the purchaser or winner of the voucher.
The Service Provider agrees to fully indemnify and hold the Operator harmless. The Service Provider releases the Operator from any third-party claims, including all legal costs incurred in enforcement proceedings.
In all matters the issuer of the voucher will remain the contact person for interested parties and your further guests.
There also all your contact details will be still displayed in the current offer so that you could be contacted directly at any time.
With vouchers the general terms and conditions (TAC) of the Service Provider apply.
Excluded from this are cancellation conditions. For purchased vouchers, the cancellation conditions of the Operator apply.
